Diagnostic Callout Fee: $99.00
Our professional technicians will visit your property to diagnose equipment issues, provide expert recommendations, and advise on replacement or repair options.
If you proceed with equipment installation or repair within 7 days of the callout, the $99.00 callout fee is credited towards your job. This means you only pay for the equipment and labour, with the callout fee deducted from your final invoice.
Note: If you don't proceed with any work, the $99.00 callout fee covers our time and travel for the diagnosis.

Complex Jobs: For custom or complex installations, we charge hourly labour rates ($89-$119/hr) with a minimum 1-hour charge, then billed in 15-minute increments. Materials and fittings are itemised separately with standard markups.
